Position Title: Coordinator II In Store Business

Position Location: Quincy, MA

Position Summary:

Provide support to the In-Store Tenant program, coordinate the day-to-day oversight of the management in-store tenant portfolio consisting of 542 in store tenants,1,130 ATMs totaling $43M annual income.

Assist in the management of in-store tenant activity in 1,672 locations and the marketing of 400+ vacancies.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

>Provide support and work directly with the In-Store Business Lead with the management of the in-store tenant portfolio and new business opportunities.

>Liaison with brand leads and in-store tenant partners to communicate and facilitate information relating to in-store tenant activity

>Maintain the active in-store bank and other retail in-store tenant database, collection of lease data for 542 locations. Provide support to Accounting Services on transaction questions.

>Assist in maintenance of in-store vacant space management tracking tool for all stores (includes 400 vacant spaces)

>Coordination of ATM and other automated retail installs, relocations and removal requests and any issues relating to such machines.

>Assist with overseeing project management coordination for new bank branches and new in store tenants with construction/special projects, coordinate calls between internal areas (store format, special projects, tenant) to review scopes of work

>Assist in providing real estate support with respect to obtaining owner's consent, exterior signage and pylon requests an approvals with respect to in-store tenants

>Coordinate yield up management of in-store spaces

>Facilitate with in-store tenant issues that are escalated for resolution

>Assist with review of construction budgets, scopes of work and preparation of Capex appropriations for funding

>Assist with negotiate LOI's and legal documents; prepare internal lease requests memos.

>Create reporting from EPM and prepare store customer count reports for bank partners and other such reporting requests

>Preparation of vendor access authorization letters; coordinate with store and division/brand liaison, store managers, bank partners and cable partners for store access, scope of work, etc.

>Preparation of authorization letters for permitting, legal request memos, business memos, partially and fully execution memos > Provide support for the Brand's associate seasonal housing program; communicate with brokers, PM's and store managers as needed on issues. Document prep and set up for rental payments etc.

>Assist with the coordination of six (6) annual regional real estate conventions trade showsRequirementsBasic Qualifications:
