As our Retail Project Manager you will coordinate the logistics of all aspects of getting our product into retailers which consists of developing the plan or strategy of getting into retailers and execution of the plan. This job is not just finding retailers – you will run the show in the monitoring and transferring of products from the manufacturers and suppliers right to the retail door, this vital role makes sure shops remain fully stocked in business.

Our ideal candidate:

• Likes to run down hill with a project, take chances, and own it to the very end;
• Willing to become the expert in the planning, developing, organizing, and operations of the retail department;
• Will pick up the phone to streamline responses - does not push things off through email;
• Is not afraid to try new techniques and offer their opinion to the business owner;
• Is hungry and highly motivated to work and will always give 150%;
• Understands that a business is run by the numbers and enjoys dissecting and analyzing the metrics of the business.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree inbusiness, sales, supply chain, or equivalent;
• 2 - 3 years experience in getting products into retailers;
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills;
• Strong leadership skills - Capable of running meetings, coordinating with other departments; and manage various moving parts of the business;
• Follows through and gets things done - NO MATTER WHAT;
• Willingness to take calculated risks;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Mindset to set goals and then take action to fulfill them;
• A sensei master of organization and management;
• Able to bounce back from constructive criticism with renewed dedication;
• Always learning, growing, and expanding your boundaries;
