Must have one to two years of experience in the swimming pool industry.
Store Manager will be directly responsible for supervising and assisting the sales staff in all daily activities
Responsibilities include training sales associates; assisting in the selling process; managing service accounts; teaching product knowledge and communicating policies and procedures. Weekend work is a requirement with time off on week days. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds. Pre-employment drug test is required. Must have a current Florida driver's license with a clean record.
The ideal candidate is self motivated and detail oriented. Enjoys building long-term relationships with customers, and thrives in a results driven environment. Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
