Job Summary
Tampa Bay Millworks is a fast-growing Home Design and Building Materials supplier specializing in interior and exterior finishes. We are based in Clearwater, FL, (near US 19/Curlew) with a design showroom, production facility, and warehouse. This position is based in the Clearwater Home Design Center. Our team of talented individual’s ranges from millworks specialists working in the building materials department to our design team that make Dream Kitchens from the floor up come to life for our customers.
There is outstanding income potential for a motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer! This position can easily earn over $___k a year. Compensation package includes a base salary along with a generous commission which is paid on all jobs sold and delivered. A complement of benefits includes paid days off, paid vacation. If you are a Sales and Design ninja and possess exceptional phone and email communication skills, this is the job for you!
What we are looking for:
- Astute relationship manager , interacting with customers in need of kitchen designs in person, by phone and email.
- Skilled sales representative , to sell and close our custom made kitchen cabinets to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Creative designer , to produce kitchens using Cabinet Vision Design software. Compose vibrant design packages and quotes for our customers.
- Proficient multi-tasker to handle general phone calls in the Design Department which generate leads from potential customers.
What you bring:
- 2-5 years in a Kitchen Design position, or very closely related preferred.
- Expert using Design software.
- Personable.
- Phone customer service experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented.
