Job Description
We are actively seeking a Dynamic, High Energy Hotel General Manager. If the Hotel Industry is your passion and you are a high achiever who desires to be recognized for your achievements, then you need to join our team as its next General Manager! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a hotel operating team that provides excellent service to every guest every time! The General Manager creates and communicates the vision of the company to all of our fellow teammates.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in Sales and Revenue Management
- Maintain all payroll, operating costs and expenses of the hotel
- Be the market leader in Rate and Occupancy
- Constantly strive for the top position in Guest Service Index ratings
- Create all reports requested by management, production of budgets and financials as required
- Develop and execute innovative sales and service strategies
General Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Hotel Management (5 years)
- Stability - no more than two positions in the past 5 years
- Prefer experience in Full Service or Select Service, Branded properties.
- P&L analysis skills
- Strong leadership qualities
