Integrity Staffing is seeking entry-level production associates for temp-to-hire positions in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill in a diverse teamwork-loving environment!
Job Location
Indianapolis, IN – Park 100 area
Schedule
1st: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd: Monday – Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd: Sunday – Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
Pay Rate
1st: $10.00/hr
2nd: $10.50/hr
3rd: $11.50/hr
Summary
Assist in the manufacture of carbon fiber bicycle wheels through machine operation and/or assembly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to be exposed to carbon fiber material and equipment moving parts
- Ability to operate equipment and computer terminals
- Ability to continuously stand or walk at least 90% of the time
- Ability to bend, squat, climb step, lift frequently (and up to 50 pounds occasionally), and reach up to 40 inches
