About this job
As a McDonald's guest experience lead you will greet our customers as they walk in the door. You will be responsible for encouraging customers to use the new ordering kiosks in the lobby and assist them in the process. A big part of your job will be interacting with the customers in the lobby, getting them condiments, refilling their coffee, and clearing their trays. You will be expected to help keep the lobby clean as time permits. Tuition assistance available.
