Currently Seeking Foundry/Assembler Candidates
Aerotek is looking for a Assembly/Foundry workers. You will be responsible for lifting and/or moving up to 40-60 pounds on a regular basis. Candidates are going to work in the Foundry or Hub assembly.
Foundry
- You will be responsible for taking the Hubs through the heat treating process
- Taking melted metal, putting into the hub casts to mold the metal into the hubs.
- Once leaving the casts the hubs will be put through the heat treatment process, then sent to the machine shop.
- Foundry workers will be working in a very hot environment and will have to stand on their feet for periods of 12 hours per shift.
Hub Assembly
- Candidates will be assembling rotors or hubs for disc brakes to be shipped out to customers.
- No assembly experience required
- Must be able to lift 55+ lbs continuously
- Physical and demanding job that entails utilizing tools to assemble products and to be packed for shipping
- Must be coachable and have the ability to receive feedback
- Must be at work every day and on-time assembly
SHIFT:
1st shift 7:00AM-7:00pm 2,2,3 Schedule
3rd shift 7:00PM-7:00AM 2,2,3 Schedule
Candidates Must:
- Be comfortable standing on feet for entire shift
- Be willing to work overtime
- Have mechanical aptitude
- BE GOOD WITH A VERY HOT ENVIRONMENT!!!!
- Be open to working 3rd shift
