$14.00/hr; Contract to hire; M-F 10:00am - 6:30pm

**Customer service experience, strong job tenure, excellent communication skills, and comfort working through multiple software systems are required** This position is intended for those seeking a long-term, career opportunity**
This position handles inbound calls from annuity policy owners. Calls vary in nature but may cover: issues with their payments, coverage, needing a loan taken out, transfer of funds, withdrawals, updating beneficiary information, or any additional customer service need.
This role handles between 40 and 60 calls a day, but possibly more if busy.
This position entails toggling between various computer screens and software systems while on a customer service call, and locating and entering the correct data in the correct location.
This role is NOT scripted so applicants must be comfortable guiding the call and controlling the call as well as offering solutions based off of what they learn in training. Must adhere to policy and procedures to ensure safety of customer information
