Dog Day Care and Boarding Attendant - Camp Counselor - Full-time / Part-time

Camp Bow Wow is a premier doggy daycare and overnight boarding facility. We are looking to add fun, energetic people to our team. Love for dogs is a must.  Entry level position; our camp provides thorough training to new employees to ensure policies and procedures are met.We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Camp Counselor for Dog Daycare and Boarding Facility.Hourly wageJob requirements:-Following procedures to ensure our campers are taken care of properly-Monitoring multiple dogs alongside other employees, and reporting any issues to our rangers or management-Watching campers in the play yards (inside and out) to ensure that they have a safe and enjoyable experienceCleaning includes, but is not limited to:-Daily cabin cleaning/Deep cleaning-Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, -Washing towels/blankets/cabin equipment-Sanitizing indoor/outdoor play yards and play yard equipment -Basic Grooming (Baths, nail trimming, brushing teeth, cleaning ears and expressing anal glands)-Preparing meals for dogs and feeding breakfast, lunch, and dinner-Recording meals eaten by campers -Administering daily medications to campers as needed-Interacting with pet parents -General PC knowledge-Answering phones alongside front desk receptionist if neededMust be available to work either the afternoon shift, or the morning shift. Open availability preferred.Morning shifts are from 6am-12:30pmAfternoon shifts are from 12pm-7:30pmMust Be Able To Work WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS (Including Spring Break, Memorial Weekend, July 4th week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, & Christmas)Experience preferred but not necessary.-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.-Be authorized to work in the United States.-Must have reliable transportation.-Must have a valid driver's license
