THE OPPORTUNITY

The Facilities Support Systems Manager is part of the Facilities Department. Below are the primary responsibilities and qualifications for a Facilities Support Systems Manager:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Upload new stores into the system weekly
• Adjust vendor allocations when needed
• Edit work order paths as necessary
• System trouble shooting with software provider
• Bulk upload preventative maintenance work orders for national facilities vendors
• Supervise Facilities Coordinator assisting with system and user maintenance

• Answer user password requests for facilities work order software system
• Change work order routing per facilities teams requests based on vacations and sick time
• Respond to general questions coming into servicechannelsupport@chipotle.com

• Design and execute reports based on the needs of the business
• Recommend reporting to support the facilities department
• Run facilities purchasing reports out of Oracle and Hubble systems

• Recommend existing or free technology to fulfill facilities initiatives
• Design and create tools to accomplish facilities projects

• Departmental resource for questions on the system
• Trouble shoot and resolve Oracle issues
• On the team to test new Oracle processes and roll-outs

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• 5 -7 years system management and reporting experience
• A four-year college degree
• A disciplined, organized work ethic
• The desire to collaborate with others
• A positive, proactive attitude and high degree of flexibility
• Excellent writing skills
• A willingness to work long hours when necessary and travel as needed
• An ability to work in partnership with other departments
