Medicare Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

• This representative will be handling a high volume of calls from recipients on either the payor or the provider side.
• The calls will be questions about their policy, coverage, etc.
• This company pays the difference that Medicare covers so it will be math related questions, questions about the coverage, etc.
• There will also be heavy data entry and processing of the claims.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience, either call center or retail.
• Must have good job tenure.
• Must be available Mon-Fri 8am-7pm.

Expectations:

• This representative will be expected to handle the call with empathy and understanding.
• The representative will be expected to be able to calculate formulas, such as if Medicare pays 80%, then the company will pay the remaining 20%.

Training: 2-3 weeks, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Start Date: Jan 2nd

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm
