About this job
Job Description:
- This representative will be handling a high volume of calls from recipients on either the payor or the provider side.
- The calls will be questions about their policy, coverage, etc.
- This company pays the difference that Medicare covers so it will be math related questions, questions about the coverage, etc.
- There will also be heavy data entry and processing of the claims.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service experience, either call center or retail.
- Must have good job tenure.
- Must be available Mon-Fri 8am-7pm.
Expectations:
- This representative will be expected to handle the call with empathy and understanding.
- The representative will be expected to be able to calculate formulas, such as if Medicare pays 80%, then the company will pay the remaining 20%.
Training: 2-3 weeks, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Start Date: Jan 2nd
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm
