Job Summary Statement:The Enterprise Business Systems Development Manager manages people and resources as well as working independently to support EBS system configuration. The position serves as functional expert for the Oracle EBS Finance / Accounting Modules.  As part of the role, the person is expected to interact with finance, accounting, order processing and supply chain operations and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:•Manage execution of complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functional areas in support of the “Procure to Pay” and “Order to Cash” process.•Work with Business Managers to set Key Metrics and demonstrate improvement to the senior leadership team. •Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities and detailed tasks that are aligned with business objectives. •Responsible for supporting multiple Oracle EBS modules to include General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Cost Management, Incentive Compensation, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.•Support the development of management dashboards and operational reports by leveraging data warehouse. •Responsible for supporting the management and continuous improvement of the Hyperion planning and budgeting tools.•Create and establish work plans and staffing for each phase of projects and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel from IT and Business functional groups. •Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. •Work closely with outside consultants and Off Shore programming providers to provide technical support and to resolve problems and issues. •Conduct periodic project review sessions with functional business groups and process owners to ensure Enterprise Applications are used as designed and operating efficiently. •Prepare status reports for Senior Management team and department heads. •Participate in Strategic planning of business mission/objectives. •Collaborate with business partners to define how best to configure EBS to ensure that the business objectives are met.•Work within budgetary constraints to manage time lines and resources.•Responsible for business designs for reports, sub-systems, interfacing and any other automation. Will coordinate with IT development teams for creating technical design and programming of the systems.•Perform other duties as assigned.  

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

•	Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Information Systems.
•	Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a finance and/or accounting environment, with a minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience and five (5) years previous experience leading software enabled process improvement projects.  
•	Demonstrated knowledge of leading business practices and software enabled re-engineering.
•	Experienced with Oracle ERP Finance/Accounting Modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Cost Management, Incentive Compensation, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
•	Have an understanding of the other upstream subsystems including Order Management, Distribution, Manufacturing, Work in Process, Inventory, Purchasing and Supply Chain that feeds information to all the Oracle Financial modules.
•	Experienced with system integration planning and implementation.
•	Experienced with Strategic IT and business planning.
•	Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Finance and Business Analyst Certification.
•	CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, CTL and other certifications are a plus.
•	Ability to create algorithms and mathematical models.
•	English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
•	Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.  Ability to create, develop and maintain algorithms and mathematical models.
•	Physical Demands: General office environment.
•	Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite.
