About this job
Medical Assistant working in a Primary Care office.
Medical Assistant will be checking in patients every 15 minutes and checking their vital signs, blood pressure, updating medical records and charts, and updating their medication lists.
They will use an Electronic Medical Records system( EMR) EPIC to log patient histories
Will be responsible for blood draw as well
Working in a Primary Care Office with 40 other full time staff. 16 other Medical Assistant wrk there on staggered shifts. This is faster-paced office with 20-25 patients they will see daily.
Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
2+ years of experience is minimal requirement.
Primary Care, Senior care, or Pediatrics office experience is a plus
Must be able to work at a fast-pace setting (20-25 patients per day)
EMR experience preferred (EPIC)
