We are looking for part time call center representatives to work in our Birmingham location. Ideal candidates must be extremely organized, motivated and dependable with excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities
Provide superior, quality customer service in an outbound call center
Quality interviewing including data retrieval and entry
Be a valuable member of our team
Desired Skills and Experience
Prior customer service experience with outgoing/energetic attitude and phone voice
Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and problem solve
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficient with internet browsers
We offer flexible hours including evenings and weekends
