Production Worker

General Production Worker

Hiring for a Production Worker in Sterling, VA. Candidates will be responsible for performing micro-sections of printed circuit boards and evaluate plated-thru-hole quality of in-process and finished products per customer's specifications.

Job Duties:

• General Production
• Manufacturing
• PCB Boards
• Welding
• Soldering
• Grinding
• Polishing

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret customer print requirements
• Ability to evaluate dielectric thickness, plasma etch back, copper plating thickness, and trace widths
• Ability to setup, grid, and polish sections
• Able to use metallurgical microscope
• Able to read, record, analyze, and report all data accurately
• Able to follow documented procedures
• 1-2 years of production experience

Shifts:

• Must be open to working OT
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM- 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 PM- 8:30 AM
