W2 Support Line Customer Service Rep
Contract position until 5/1/18
This role will serve as an Associate Support Representative for Kroger Associates by providing assistance with W2 support line through tax season . This individual will be responsible for fielding incoming calls that come through the toll free Kroger Support line. The Individual will answer questions regarding W2's, retirement, leave of absence, and other benefit related issues. Receive inbound calls and/or make outbound calls to Support Kroger Associates in relation to Your Kroger Benefits, Non- Medical Leave of Absence, payroll related calls, and any other calls related to Associates information.
