PrideStaff is seeking an Administrative Specialist. This role provides general administrative support and is professional and reliable individual that can be a self-starter with high integrity and standards and can work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assignments which may be confidential and time-sensitive requiring professionalism and a high degree of judgment and initiative.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, projects and activities for Captis Governing Committee’s and Project Management Office
• Coordinates and attends meetings with logistics including room reservations, meals and beverages, set up, tear down, AV and other needs relative to logistics.
• Supports and updates Captis key contact and distribution lists for all governing bodies
• Supports maintenance of member information within ICE
• Handles logistics and administrative items including meetings, event planning, some travel preparation, and member coordination
