Solar Appointment Setter: You Set & We Close

At Abundant Power, we’re looking for engaging door to door appointment setters to help promote our solar business.

Hours required are Tuesday-Friday, 3 pm - 7 pm, and Saturdays 11 am - 3 pm.

The main goal of this position is to book appointments with qualified homeowners to learn more about solar power. We make this fun by giving away gift cards and other prizes to homeowners along with the free solar estimate. It makes it easy to share a brief conversation/pitch about solar power! Extensive one-on-one training is provided to show you how to engage with homeowners, sell the benefits of solar, and ultimately book qualified appointments.

Base pay starts at $11 per hour. In addition, we pay a $50 commission per qualified appointment and $25 additional per each appointment that ends in a sale. Top setters are making $35+ an hour!!

Responsibilities:

-Convey product and services to consumers in-person

-Leverage marketing techniques and act as a brand

ambassador

-Understand clients' specific needs through consultation

and provide the best solutions

-Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction

-Achieve weekly or monthly appointment goals

Requirements:

-Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other

related fields preferred

-Ability to build rapport with clients

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Positive and professional demeanour

-Your own transportation

-Smartphone
