THE OPPORTUNITY

The Facilities Systems & Project Manager is part of the Facilities Department. Below are the primary responsibilities and qualifications for a Facilities Systems & Project Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Upload new stores into the system weekly
• Adjust vendor allocations when needed
• Edit work order paths as necessary
• System trouble shooting with software provided
• Bulk upload preventative maintenance work orders for national facilities vendors
• Answer user password requests for facilities work order software system
• Change work order routing per facilities teams requests based on vacations and sick time
• Recommend reporting to support the facilities department as well as other departments
• Learn the Facilities Software program to bring most of the admin duties in house eventually
• Respond to general questions coming into servicechannelsupport@chipotle.com
• Recommend existing or free technology to fulfill facilities initiatives
• Design and create tools to accomplish facilities projects
• Provide Project Management assistance at the request of the Director of Facilities
• Facilitating implementation of company initiatives
• Managing other projects on a regional or store sub-set basis

• 5 -7 years system management and/or facilities project management experience
• A four-year college degree
• A disciplined, organized work ethic
• The desire to collaborate with others
• A positive, proactive attitude and high degree of flexibility
• Excellent writing skills
• A willingness to work long hours when necessary and travel as needed
• An ability to work in partnership with other departments
