Prep Cook / Line Cook
High School education or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate all back of house equipment.
Six months of cooking experience and/or prior restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to meet physical requirements such as the ability to stand for prolonged periods, extend arms, bend, stretch, stoop, reach, push/pull, twist & rotate (body/wrists/hands/arms) and list 40 lbs. alone.
May be required to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Must be reliable to report to work as scheduled.
