Site Director - Before and After School Program! (New Hire Signing Bonus)

We offer training, competitive salary, and benefits. Program hours are 5:45 am - 9:15 a.m. AND 2:30 pm 6:30 pm. The shifts will vary and are approximately 6 hours each day (32 hours/week), and the position in year-round! Our diverse curriculum offers technology, literacy, fitness and the arts. The Site Director is a positive, inspiring leader who is responsible for working with Zone Leaders to accomplish organizational goals. Goals include passionate delivery of quality programming, financial success through optimization of resources, adherence to state licensing regulations, and stakeholder satisfaction. Job Requirements: All Site Directors shall be at least 21 years of age and meet ONE OF THE FOLLOWING for state licensing qualifications: * A graduate degree in a child-related field such as elementary education, nursing, or recreation from a college or university and six (6) months of programmatic experience. * A bachelor's degree in a child-related field such as elementary education, nursing, or recreation from a college or university and one (1) year of programmatic experience. * One (1) year of programmatic experience and forty-eight (48) semester hours of seventy-two (72) quarter hours of college credit from a college or university of which twelve (12) semester hours or eighteen (18) quarter hours are in a child-related subject. * Two (2) years of programmatic experience with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity and one of the following: CDA, AA degree in a child-related field, or a one-year early childhood certificate that consists of 30 semester hours.
