We are hiring for Call Center Representatives. Part-Time Position available. Must be able
to work afternoons and evenings (up to 8pm) and work Saturdays from 9-4:30pm
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for calling potential customers and setting
appointments for our In Homes Sale Representatives to attend.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
- Set appointments for new prospective customers
- Create accurate records in Salesforce on all leads and calls made
- Responsible for keeping track of appointments set and results
- Responsible to maintain goals and objectives for appointments they have set
- Responsible for memorizing scripts and rebuttals
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma/GED is required
- Minimum 1 year customer service call center or telemarketing experience
Computer Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel
- Salesforce or other CRM software experience is a plus
