DUTIES•  Provide our customers with outstanding customer service.•  Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by company standard.•  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.•  Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, coolers and all storage areas.•  Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude even in the face of adversity.•  Establish and maintain a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Ability to work with others in a team setting.
•  Passion and appreciation for quality, organic food.
•  Ability to work quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
•  Proactive mindset and initiative to solve problems.
•  Must be active and able to be on your feet for extended amounts of time and pick up at least 50lbs. 
•  Excellent knife skills are welcome!

• Must have flexibility to work weekends and evenings and the ability to work as early as 6am some days.
