Cake Maker/Decorator

Job SummaryTo work as part of the production team to produce the best quality and creative ice cream specialties.  To work in an efficient, clean, and safe environment. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAll functions relating to the production of frozen specialtiesProduce and Decorate line of specialty frozen desserts.Measure, mix and prepare raw materials according to company specifications and policies.Be an active and participating member in daily operations of team, including cleaning projects.Monitor spoilage and loss.Health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.Keep back stock in proper rotation.Communicate any departmental concerns to the Team leader 

Cake assembly and decorating skills; creativity and eye for detail.
Ability to lift 50 pounds. 
Ability to be creative in finding solutions and open to new ideas.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills and grow with the team: ability to work in a team environment- the desire to teach, learn, and coach.
Experience solving mathematical problems, material handling, and sanitation.
Ability to visually examine products for quality and labeling for accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with others.
