Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

•	Ensure that all procedures, equipment needs and safety protocols are met consistently.
•	Teach customers in proper throwing techniques so they learn how to throw to the best of their ability to have a safe and unforgettable experience.
•	Ensure the facility, lanes and equipment are always event-ready and the sessions are flowing smoothly.
•	Be the face of Flying Axes and represent our brand and passion for the sport of axe throwing.
•	Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
•	Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service always. 
•	Proactively seeking out and solving guest conflicts quickly and courteously. Engage in customer recovery process when needed.
•	Help create a team environment, encourages others at every opportunity.
•	TAKES INITIATIVE; doesn't wait for something to happen or to be asked to do something

Qualifications:

•	Be 21 years of age.
•	High energy, enthusiastic and comfortable speaking to large groups.
•	Be outgoing and display a natural presence.
•	A people person; has excellent communications skills, speaks with authority while maintaining a good sense of humor; genuinely likes being around people.
•	Is someone people generally like working with.
•	First aid certified is a plus.
•	Can work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
•	Can reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 50 pounds.
•	Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.  
•	Must be available to work a flexible shift including weekends.
