HOST TASKS -Seat Guests - Give Menu Presentation - Pass on "Perfect Night Out" information to server and managementTake Reservations using Open Table Reservations SystemSell Melting Pot concept over the phone and to walk-in guests (listen and collect "Perfect Night Out" information) Sell Merchandise to Guest over the Phone (Prepare Merchandise Packages)Assist guests in generalCooperate with fellow Hosts to achieve team and guest service goalsBus tables at peak load to insure guest satisfactionMaintain Bathroom Cleanliness and Supplies During ShiftGreet and guide prospective employees during application process - provide critical professional feedback to managersGreet vendors COORDINATOR HOST -Works closely with management to organize and plan seating strategiesAssigns server and seating during the shiftSupports the coordinator when not assigned the position

 Ability to continuously stand or walk.
 Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
 Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. 
 Stay abreast of established safety practices and hazardous materials awareness.
 Maintain acceptable appearance and conduct standards.
 Communicate Clearly in English - other languages a bonus
