CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Senior Operations Analyst - Materials Management for its Antioch, TN , headquarters’ Supply Chain Materials Management team. Summary: This position is primarily responsible for instructing and supporting facilities as they integrate into Supply Chain Shared Service Center and convert to the Lawson ERP system. With limited supervision this position ensures Lawson integrated facilities are able to successfully perform Supply Chain procurement and inventory management activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Primary lead in the Lawson Supply Chain Services (SCS) program implementation, as well as, consulting and advising for all facility Materials Management conversions and operations to Lawson. • Developing and formulating Supply Chain policies and procedures that will impact our CHS Facilities migrating to Lawson. • Conduct onsite facility assessments (travel when necessary) identifying potential process gap and risks associated with the Lawson Supply Chain Shared Service Center Implementation. • Responsible for escalating and resolving process gaps and risks to Supply Chain Management. • Onboard and integrate new facilities into the Shared Services environment, introducing and instructing them to the SCS model, processes, procedures and new technology. • Act autonomously as the main Supply Chain Lawson consultant to resolve issues for implementation • Assist SCS Operations Managers to identify and resolve escalated facility materials management related issues. • By consulting with facility liaisons, Analysts will be expected to report advice and consultation for Supply Chain Management to help determine future decisions and product development. • Mentors peers and operations analysts. • Works with SCS Operations Managers on tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and assists in resolving escalated service delivery issues. • Support initiatives to support facility Supply Chain performance over a multi-year horizon. • Acts as a partner to other Supply Chain departments by working effectively in a highly matrixed and relationship driven culture. • Maintain a high degree of communication, cooperation and coordination with facilities and user departments regarding facility supply chain operations support activities. • Implement and measure performance metrics targeted at measuring customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. • Deliver effective, timely communication on all issues both internally and externally. • Cultivate a customer service focused culture. • Act as the operational liaison between the Service Center and the facilities. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualities and Skillset: • Contributes to a collaborative work environment through positive relationships with Senior Leadership and the customer. • Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor team members capable of supporting future growth. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to direct teams to complete multiple tasks and allocate resources appropriately in a time sensitive atmosphere. • Good understanding of internal controls and risk management. • Good understanding of how hospital supply chain processes fit into overall procure to pay process. • Ability to articulate and support the Organization’s mission, vision, and values as well as departmental procedures and goals. • Strong communication skills and ability to intelligently interface with individuals at all levels of the business organization. Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree required • 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management preferred. • 3 years in Materials Management required. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred. • Lawson experience preferred. • Some travel required.
