Pricing Coordinator/Sales Support needed for an established freight forwarder located near JFK!
The successful candidate MUST have experience with quoting ocean cargo. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related role working for a freight forwarder required.
The candidate is an extension to our client’s sales team and offers sales support. The inside sales/pricing candidate will answer to the Pricing and Key Account Manager. The candidate will assist in all aspects of account management, quoting, and creating shipment SOPs, setting client up in database, and general sales support. Skills should include experience in freight forwarding, quoting, terms of sale, strong customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and moderate skill in Excel. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package
