Dairy Supervisor

As a Dairy Clerk, some of your duties will include ordering, stocking, rotating, and displaying refrigerated dairy products. You will be responsible for ensuring product freshness, maintaining shelf and display cleanliness and organization, as well as maintaining backroom cooler organization. You will assist customers with locating products and taking special orders for product. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements throughout your daily work. You will assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment. In some areas, you may be required to obtain a food handler’s certification.
