Our THB is truly Your THB. We are looking for a Key Holder/Shift Leader who will consistently deliver strong sales and service results. Offering a superior customer experience is our stores’ No. 1 priority, all our locations serve more than 100 customers each day. The successful candidate will ensure that the store is properly staffed, team members are on task, and shelves are clean, organized and well-stocked. We are counting on you to keep the business operating smoothly during your assigned shift. In this role, you will partner with other members of management to keep the work environment safe and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Maintains a clean and organized station at all timesWill mainly be working at the expo stationHandle customers complainSmile and take each order efficiently and accurately. Demonstrate patronage on “Cashier Position Agreement” job description Repeat the order back to each guest prior to moving on to the payment/transaction process. Take and prepare catering orders. Open and Close store if scheduled to do soMaintain a sense of urgency and be prepared and anticipate the rush/ peak service times.Make your GM or AGM aware of any issues immediately. Monitor Bagel Case and make sure we don’t run out bagels asking for more bagels to be baked when running lowThe duties of this position may change from time to time as we are always trying to better and improve our product and service.
