About this job
We are seeking 30-40 Sales Reps to join our team full time or part time! You will be responsible for engaging customers on a direct to consumer basis. You will help customers by providing product and service information, conducting sales presentations and scheduling installation all while resolving any technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Expectation is 2-4 Sales Per day.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
