Roberts Ace Hardware is hiring for a full time sales associate.The position duties include: Provide amazing customer service, restocking merchandise, mixing paint, key cutting, keep store clean and product faced.The ideal candidate will:Be able to work a flexible schedule of approximately 37 hours on evenings and weekends.Have basic knowledge of some of the following: Plumbing, hardware, paint, pool supplies, tools, electrical.Hardware experience required.Have good communication and customer service skills.Have high energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.Team focused attitude required.Compensation depends on experience.Salary: $10.50 to $15.00 /hourWe offer 401k and employee purchase program.We have been at the same location for 14 years.
