Role Summary:

The Fabrications Supplier Program Manager will drive Supplier delivery health through the reduction in delinquency, increased OTD, and minimizing span across production and spares.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the Fabrications Supplier Program Manager you will:

Review current year schedules and 2 years out (total PN Level) to identify variances

Review the OTD and delinquency drivers @ the PN level

Connect PN level threads across supplier's constraints, identified capacity, actual readiness, and risks to delivery

Develop, execute, and own strategy / action plans to address threads above

Program manage change management through SPS certification (OOPS, NPI, Source Changes, Config Changes)

Optimize capability at current suppliers

Develop transition plans where capability doesn't exist / fit

Own indirect raw risk analysis (validate ordering coverage)

SEPM

Track overall quality health and its impact on delivery

Collaboration with Sourcing commercial teams on value trades during negotiations

Continuous improvement

Internally facilitate C/I changes by addressing our systemic constraints

Externally develop action plans that drive C/I at suppliers

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commodity Management, Program Management or Manufacturing

Desired Characteristics:

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
