· 5+ years’ experience managing in full-service restaurants

· Extensive experience with managing all areas of FOH, BOH,and Bar operations
· Commitment to building teams focused on sustained excellence

Responsibilities & Duties would include but not limited to:
· Ensuring attentive andknowledgeable service
· Creating an unparalleled team of hospitality driven staff members
·Responsible for maintaining cost controls and inventories
· Scheduling and ongoing training of staff
·Maintaining facility appearance and cleanliness
