Join Growing Call Center In The Valley - Starting 2/5
JOB FUNCTIONS:
--Assist customers via answering telephone calls and emails.
--Assist customers in setting up accounts, cancelling accounts, phone trouble shooting, sharing promotional opportunities, etc.
--Customer Service position in a large call center environment.
50 calls/day --primarily inbound calls
--Talk with customers by phone and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.
--Research complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Pay:
Pay $14.11/hour plus bonus (Average $300 and up to $800)
