Randstad is looking for an operationally driver Plant Manager to assist and provide support for all manufacturing, purchasing, distribution, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will help manage, track, and improve all corporate goals and metrics and foster a well-trained and motivated staff at our client's Hayward Manufacturing Plant.
