Rental Sales Staff

  Overview: Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring our customers project is completed in a safe expedient manner.General Requirements: •Computer, and scheduling experience•Flexible schedule•Ability to plan and execute promotional events•Develop and implement training classes.Key responsibilities and accountabilities: •Greet customers, provide assistance, ask questions and listen to identify their needs.•Answer questions about the store, products and service’s•Describe rental equipment and items, explain their uses, operation, safety features and care of equipment•Understand and explain to customers the features and benefits of equipment and products•Recommend suitable equipment and products for the customer’s needs•Gain and maintain knowledge of current industry trends and new equipment•Watch for and recognize security, safety risks and theft and know how to mitigate them•Maintain clean and visually appealing product displays•Maintain a clean wholesome appearance•Exhibit proficiency with the rental computer system with items and prices•Coordinate with Rental Manager to keep equipment in ready to rent condition•Perform minor maintenance on equipment•Maintain a “Missed Rental” list for determining future purchases•Keep inside rental area and equipment in a clean orderly manner.•Remain on guard for theft and misuse of rental equipment•Ensure proper safe transportation of equipment.•Communicate constantly with other rental staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
