 Overview: Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by assisting the OPE Tech’s enhancing their operations, creating a smoother, more efficient environment to work in. General Requirements•Must continually be able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs.•Must have good eyesight (correctable to 20/20).•Must have the ability to multi-task.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: •Stage equipment for service techs throughout the day.•Prepare the triage process for both morning and afternoon.•Check in equipment and tag. •Load and unload equipment customers are picking up or dropping off.•Keep staging areas for equipment organized.•Thoroughly clean equipment prior to it entering the service department.•Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality.•Observe all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.•Treat management and other employees with respect, and contribute to building a positive team spirit.•Work with integrity, always upholding company values. •Perform related responsibilities/accountabilities as required or directed.•Begin each workday with a positive attitude by encouraging your team members to meet their goals.•Work to develop a sense of “team” in the service department and across other departments.•Load and unload customer equipment as needed.•Continually stage equipment for techs to help improve their efficiency.•Clean equipment prior to it entering the service department. Your goal is to “wow” the customer with the cleanliness of their equipment.•Sharpen blades and fix tires as needed by service department.•Maintain an orderly and clean work area. Assist in keeping the entire shop clean and orderly.•Collect and dispose of trash.•Respond promptly to team members’ needs to help improve the profitability of the service department and the satisfaction of the customers.•Meet with OPE Manager to discuss the upcoming week and any changes in priority.•Inspect, clean, and maintain all equipment used.•Report to the Service Manager any hazards or faulty equipment.•Discuss any areas for improvement or changes in the processes with the Service Manager.
