Full Time Customer Service Representative

NO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This is a perfect opportunity to gain office/call center experience!

6 months customer service (retail/food service) preferred.

Job Description:

• Schedules appointments with current, lapsed, and/or potential blood donors for whole blood or automated donations
• Follows appropriate script and messaging guidelines as directed by management
• Schedules appointments of appropriate quality to ensure a good donor show rate and manageable donor flow
• Confirms scheduled appointments with donors
• Responds to donor questions; elevates to appropriate staff as necessary

$11.03/hour

Tempe, AZ

Candidates must have availability 7 days per week. Multiple shifts available.
