Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales (Temp-Hire) - Full-time

Job Summary

Distributors of petroleum based lubricants seeks Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales.

Full-time: Temporary-Hire Job Opportunity working with Dispatch and Sales Representatives. Build prospecting pipelines, research product knowledge and provide solutions. Work with dispatch to updating orders based on inventory and routing days. Must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person work in a professional business-to-business sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones (multi-tasking incoming calls)
• Processing phone call orders, will-call orders and on-line orders
• Tracking orders for customers, dispatch and sales team
• Coordinating and Calculating UPS/Fed Ex orders daily
• Assist with keep full and future orders strategies
• Learn sales information systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Assist sales representatives with daily job duties (orders, customer/prospect phone calls, upselling and reacquire accounts)
• Check, print and distribute faxes
• Facilitate a clean work environment
• Accomplish daily opening/closing procedures
• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
• Work on management special projects and keeping your Salesforce updated

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Preferred)
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) (Preferred but, not required)
• Possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, basic typing.
