$18-22/hour based on experience
Job Description
Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer
numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping
records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Position entails working in a team
environment; ability to multitask and learn new skills as needed
.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up and Operate CNC Machining Centers,
Operate common shop tools/equipment (saws, drill presses, grinders, etc.),
Maintain Preventive Maintenance on Machining Centers,
Inspection for the Quality of Products to drawings/prints,
Multi-Tasking and Communicating with co-workers & Production Manager
for Efficient Production Processing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 yrs. experience with CNC Machining,
Experience reading drawings/prints and interpreting tolerances,
Detail-oriented for Quality in Manufacturing,
Experience using Micrometers/Calipers in Manufacturing,
Knowledge for converting metric/fraction/decimal measurements,
Mathematic skill level for basic geometry/trigonometry,
