About this job

The ideal candidate will need to support high volume hiring both successfully and efficiently. The Talent Acquisition candidate who fills this position will be responsible for the oversight of multiple administrative processes and will be directly involved with client (applicant) interaction. Attention to detail and effective customer service are required.

Other job duties include:

  • Support local employment advertising and events
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Administer proper documentation, employment applications, pre-employment testing, drug screening, and criminal background checks
  • Process new hire administration and onboard classes of new hires
  • Build on the existing employee retention efforts
  • Comply with company policy and legal compliance guidelines

Experience in high volume recruiting is a major plus!

Qualifications:

  • Efficient computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
