RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
- Cleanliness and organization of all banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas
- Routinely inventory and care for supplies such as linens, chairs, tables, glassware, dishes and decorations.
- Set up of the banquet room(s) per the specification of the Banquet Events Order (BEO)
- Reporting maintenance issues to management
- Audio/Visual set up may be required
- Assembly of dance floors, stages, podiums may be required
- Cleanliness and organization of all banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas
