Assistant Manager / Shift Manager Opening!!  Five Guys Burgers & Fries – Business is great.. Positions open for our New Opening in Haverhill, MA too!

We have full-time Assistant Manager Position’s openings!!  We have 1 unit in development right now with more to come and we’ll need to develop Managers quickly to accommodate this unit!  Our Leadership Training program is excellent.  Assistant managers will learn about P&L management, HR allocation and customer service strategy. 

Must be focused on career, and be ready to find a job they love.  We’re looking invest in our people, so they stick with us long-term.

Compensation: Very competitive based on experience and performance.  We offer cost containment, sales and many other structural and ad hoc bonuses.

Our franchise group is opening at least 3 new units in the next 12 months and we need career-minded people think they have what it takes.  From Assistant Manager, new hires could make GM in less than a year.  Just follow our program.  It’s EXCELLENT management training for food service, retail or any line of work.

This store is part of a young and growing franchise group that includes both Five Guys Burgers and Fries stores as well as Dunkin Donuts stores.  We opened the 2nd Five Guys in Massachusetts, and have been operating Five Guys stores for over 7 years.  We rank in the middle or top of our region for employee bonus wins, and we want people who can help us stay there!

We start prep around 8:00am and we’re finished with closing duties by 11:30pm. Our shifts are typically opening shifts that run through lunch and setting up the night shift, mid shifts that start at the beginning of lunch through the dinner rush and the closing shift which starts at 3pm and runs through cleanup once closed.

We provide free meals, training through our internal program, Five Guys University, and opportunities to grow within our company.
