Customer Success Associate - Full-time

The Customer Success Associate (CSA) is responsible for managing digital and print campaign elements, from campaign execution to performance analysis and reporting. The Customer Success Associate coordinates with internal teams, vendors and platforms to ensure consistent delivery of our clients' campaign objectives. They troubleshoot and escalate issues if necessary, and provide cross-functional organizational support as floor support for incoming questions and issues. Position requires accuracy, service level delivery, and optimizing use of systems. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Experience in administrative, customer service or sales support with strong keyboarding skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate clearly to external and internal customersOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-upTeam player, personable and helpfulAbility to quickly learn and use new technologyAbility to understand advertising performance reports and relate them to customer's objectives, with proactive approach to making recommendationsAbility to prioritize multiple projects and accurately handle activities on tight deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word PREFFERED College degreeKnowledge of advertising solutions, including digital, video, search and printReporting and analytics platforms experienceExperience with a CRM, such as Salesforce ABOUT US Our advertising department brings powerful digital marketing solutions and local insights to our clients.
