The Regional Program Manager performs a pivotal role to provide oversight of hospital-based Peloton Newborn Screening Programs, maintain existing contracts by providing a superior level of customer service, and serving as the direct supervisor for territory Area Supervisors. Job Summary: The Regional Program Manager performs a pivotal role to provide oversight of hospital-based Peloton Newborn Screening Programs and maintain existing contracts with a superior level of customer service. Newborn screening is a vital part of early intervention to help parents prepare for their children's lives. The ability to organize and coordinate programs in a clinical setting while collaborating with staff of all levels. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills as well as an extensive clinical background in neonatal intensive care. In this job, you will: Develop, implement, and manage Newborn Screening programs that abide by the hospital's policies and procedures using the best practice techniques in the state Evaluate program effectiveness and introduce quality improvement processes to meet the financial and clinical goals of the program Collaborate with the Natus Sales team, key hospital stakeholders, and state officials to promote Peloton growth and maintain compliance with hospital/state regulations Ensure that all direct reports are familiar with, trained on and follow all Quality System procedures Be accountable for analyzing grievance trends at hospitals to assess and address cause Serve as direct manager to all territory Area Supervisors Travel: This position entails frequent travel within assigned territory, over 50% to be expected.
