About this job

Benefits administrator will receive inbound calls from customers.
Will answer questions regarding benefit question (ex. what coverage entails)
Support their corporate clients
No call standard/metrics
Client can listen in on calls in que (must be able to speak articulately/annunciate)
Self motivated, detail oriented, independent
Able to explain the different between an HMO and a PPO
Medical, dental, vision, pension, annuities knowledge

Work Environment:

Call center with cubicle style desks and dual screen monitors.
Must be flexible between 8am - 7pm Monday-Friday.
Hours during classroom style training will be 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch.
The earliest shift available once training begins will be 8:45am-5:15pm and the latest shift will be 10:30am-7pm.

Qualifications:

Open to non healthcare experience and highly motivated individuals as there is an extensive training period.
However best candidate will have knowledge with medical, dental, vision, pension, annuities and difference between HMO and PPO.
Highly motivated, driven, quick learner, career minded for longevity.
Perfect attendance during training is a MUST.
