Bartender

DescriptionAs a Bartender, you will be responsible for exceeding the guest expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the guest’s preference. A bartender will efficiently craft every drink to perfection and serve guests responsibly. A Bartender will be required to have an extensive knowledge of our MVP Loyalty Program, food and drink menus and be able to recommend and reinforce the guests’ orders. A Bartender will also be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our Spirited Drinks. The Bartender is committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and prepares drinks with proper safety equipment, tools and recipe specs with further direction from Management. A Bartender will need to be a team player and assist throughout the restaurant; assisting with guests and achieving the company’s goals of creating every guest into a Raving Fan. *The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Qualifications:
2+ years bartending experience in a full service restaurant
Minimum 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills 
No criminal history 
Comfort with Positouch a plus 
Neat, well-groomed appearance 
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 
Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
Able to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time and carry up to 50 pounds
