The Assistant Manager role is ideal for someone with a passion for healthy eating, and a desire to take on a management role. Responsibilities include:
Working with organic ingredients to create beautiful raw, plant-based menu items
Engaging with customers for counter service
Assisting store owner with store projects including stocking, marketing, inventory management, ordering, etc.
Sharing responsibilities with a high-performing, happy team of foodie enthusiasts
Training and supervising prep employees and ensuring quality control over all food products
